Rich Norlie - VP

Rich Norlie is a Commercial Insurance Agent and Partner of Armstrong & Associates.  Rich’s primary focus includes the Landscape and Auto Programs and larger businesses throughout California.  He specializes in Commercial Insurance coverages.  Rich attended Sacramento State University with an emphasis in insurance.   Over the last three years, Rich has been instrumental in building and growing a $20 million horticulture program in California.  Prior to joining Armstrong & Associates, Rich handled Workers Compensation claims at California Compensation Insurance Company and worked at AIG Commercial Insurance Company as an underwriter. 

Rich is a member of IBA West.  Rich enjoys flying, golfing, and playing baseball for the MABL Baseball League in Sacramento.  He spends his personal time with his wife and three daughters.

Rich takes pride in serving clients on a personal level.  He builds relationships for the long term.  His focus at Armstrong & Associates is program development of large homogenous groups of businesses including horticulture and auto related businesses.
