Sean Tsui - VP

Sean Tsui is a Commercial Insurance Agent and Principal of Armstrong & Associates. Sean’s primary focus is niche marketing of program business to Landscape Contractors. He specializes in all lines of commercial insurance including, Workers’ Compensation, General Liability and Commercial Auto. Sean received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from California State University in Sacramento.

Over the last 8 years, Sean has been instrumental in building and growing a $20 million Landscape Contractor program. His strategic approach in building this program emphasizes competitive rates through insurance company relationships, loss control awareness, and aggressive claims management. Sean is currently growing similar programs for various other industries.

Sean is committed to relationship business and has developed a full service team to address all the insurance needs of his clients. His motto is “My clients are not numbers or files and I earn their satisfaction, person by person. I realize that every client’s insurance requirements are unique. My clients can be certain that their coverage is carefully tailored and customized to their specific needs.

Sean is a member of IBA West, an insurance industry trade organization and the California Landscape Contractors Association. He spends his personal time with his wife and three children and enjoys snow and water sports.
